Shipping
In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, eligible shipping methods cost €4.95 and are free for orders of €100 or more. Before confirming a purchase, you will see the options available for your address and the exact cost. Destinations and methods not enabled at checkout are not covered by these conditions.
Preparation and delivery together are estimated at 7–9 business days for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. This estimate includes order preparation and transport; it does not describe Correos transit alone. If an issue affects the order, we will inform you using the contact details provided.
For shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact info@p-marc.com to check availability and conditions. Online orders are not currently available for these destinations.
Withdrawal and returns of non-personalised products
As a consumer making a distance purchase, you may communicate legal withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the exceptions provided by law. An unequivocal statement by email to info@p-marc.com with details that identify the order is sufficient. You do not need to justify your decision or provide photographs to exercise this right. Returns access provided with the order is an additional, optional channel.
As a commercial enhancement, we accept return requests for non-personalised products delivered to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands up to 30 calendar days after receipt. This extension does not curtail legal withdrawal, warranty, or lack-of-conformity rights. Contact info@p-marc.com or use the order’s returns access and indicate which product and quantity you wish to return.
How to return a parcel
For returns covered in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, p-marc pays for return transport. We will send you the label, code, or instructions and tell you the point or office where the parcel should be dropped off. We do not offer home collection under this procedure. Keep your proof of drop-off. You do not need to arrange a return service yourself.
For legal withdrawal, after communicating your decision you must send or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days afterwards. The legal reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from when we receive your communication; we may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever happens first. We will also reimburse ordinary initial delivery costs where required by law. Returns and reimbursements are reviewed individually, without automatic approval or reimbursement.
Issues, warranties, and personalised products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or with parts missing, tell us at info@p-marc.com. Return shipping for these issues is free in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. You may attach photographs to help us review damage or a defect, but their absence does not by itself remove your legal rights. Warranty and lack-of-conformity rights do not end when the commercial 30-day return period expires.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be subject to a legal exception to withdrawal. This exception must be assessed in each case and does not affect rights relating to lack of conformity. Choosing a standard product option does not by itself constitute personalisation for this purpose.
