Products and purchasing process
Under the store’s current configuration, only the “p-marc Beach Sports Scoreboard” can be purchased directly. The other published products are available for enquiries through “Request information”; an enquiry is not an order and does not create an obligation to buy. The features and options of the purchasable product are shown on its product page before it is added to the cart.
Before confirming an order, you can review the product, quantity, selected options, address, delivery method, price, taxes, shipping costs, and total. After completing the process, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received through the contact details provided. If you notice an error in your order details, let us know as soon as possible at info@p-marc.com. Availability and the applicable conditions are checked when the order is placed.
Prices and payment
Consumer prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. The final order amount, including any applicable shipping costs, is shown before payment is confirmed. The payment methods available for the purchase are indicated at checkout and may include card payment through Stripe and PayPal. The transaction is processed by the chosen payment gateway; we do not store the full card number.
Delivery
For eligible methods in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs €4.95 and is free when the order amount reaches €100, inclusive. The options available for your address and their final cost are shown before the purchase is confirmed. Preparation and delivery together are estimated at 7–9 business days; this is an estimate for the entire process, not a transit time attributed solely to Correos. The operating conditions and enabled destinations are detailed in Shipping and Returns. These terms do not offer services for destinations not enabled at checkout.
Legal withdrawal and commercial returns
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You may communicate your decision unequivocally to info@p-marc.com, identifying the order; you do not have to give a reason or provide photographs. You may also use the returns access provided for your order, if available. The form does not replace the option to communicate withdrawal by email.
In addition, for non-personalised products delivered to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, p-marc commercially extends the period for requesting a return to 30 calendar days from receipt. This extension does not reduce the legal 14-day right or rights relating to lack of conformity. To use it, send your request to info@p-marc.com or through the order’s returns access.
In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, p-marc bears the return shipping cost and provides the necessary label, code, or instructions. To use that free return service, wait for instructions about the point or office where you should drop off the parcel; home collection is not included. This does not delay or make the communication of withdrawal conditional. For legal withdrawal, the product must be sent back without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days after communicating the decision. You are liable only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning.
Where legal withdrawal applies, we will reimburse the payments received, including ordinary initial delivery costs, without undue delay and within the legal period of 14 days from when we are informed of the decision; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned, whichever happens first. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Additional costs arising from an initial delivery method more expensive than ordinary delivery need not be reimbursed. Requests and reimbursements are handled by people, not automatically.
Personalised products and warranties
The legal exception to withdrawal may apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Choosing an option, such as a clamp, does not by itself make every product personalised. Each case will be assessed under the law. A possible exception to withdrawal does not remove rights concerning defects, damage, errors, or lack of conformity.
New products have the applicable legal conformity guarantee. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, write to info@p-marc.com so we can handle the issue without return shipping cost to you.
