This policy explains how we process personal data provided when using p-marc.com, making enquiries or placing orders, and requesting after-sales assistance.

Data and purposes
When you write to us through Contact or “Request information”, we process the identification and contact details you provide, the product you ask about, and the content of your message in order to reply and follow up on your request. The basis is responding to your request and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps.
If you create an account or place an order, we process account, contact, billing, and delivery details, the products and options chosen, amounts, information needed about payment, and order status. We use them to manage the account, perform the contract, collect payment, deliver the order, handle issues, and comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations. The bases are performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
If you request a return or report an issue, we process the data needed to identify the order and verify that the order number matches the purchase email, as well as products, quantities, the reason if you provide one, comments, and photographs where applicable. We use them to handle the request, address contractual or legal rights, and prevent unauthorised access. The bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for service security, our legitimate interest. Providing a reason or photographs is not a general requirement for communicating the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal.
We also process the technical data essential to the operation and security of the website and to preventing abuse. We do not use this policy as authorisation for unsolicited marketing communications.
Recipients and services used
We share only the data needed with providers involved in the service: Webempresa for website hosting; Stripe or PayPal for payment processing, depending on the method chosen; and the operators available for the order for shipment management and delivery, including the Packlink PRO integration and the selected carrier. WooCommerce manages orders within the website. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Card payments are processed by the relevant payment gateway; p-marc does not retain the full card number. Photographs submitted through the returns form are stored in private request data, outside the public Media Library, and can be downloaded from the administrative area only by staff authorised to manage WooCommerce. Submitting them does not publish a direct image URL.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to manage enquiries, accounts, orders, returns, and issues, and afterwards for the periods required to meet legal obligations and potential liabilities. Photographs relating to issues are kept only while needed to handle and substantiate the request and, where applicable, any resulting liabilities. Once they are no longer needed, they will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to info@p-marc.com. We may ask for the information strictly necessary to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and third-party services
The website uses technical functions necessary to maintain the session, cart, language preferences, and security. During payment, Stripe or PayPal may use their own technical mechanisms according to the service chosen. Cookies that are not strictly necessary require the relevant information and, where applicable, consent before being installed.
